Fish Returns: We strongly advise against returning live fish due to the stress it can cause. Fish are delicate, and the process of handling and transportation can negatively affect their health and well-being.

If a Return is Necessary:
- If a return is absolutely required, please contact us first via WhatsApp at 07464593131. We will need you to provide a clear and valid reason for the return.
- If approved, please use the original box and packaging to securely pack the fish as they were received. Attach the return label we will provide.
- We recommend returning fish only if there is a compelling reason, as the health of the fish is our priority.

Refunds for Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you have received fish that are dead, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately with clear details of the issue. We will assist you promptly by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
